This privacy policy applies to the Audio Whisper app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by KAM BAO LIMITED (collectively, the “Application”). KAM BAO LIMITED is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use and registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect information during normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion by contacting beth21anysuth88erland@gmail.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal-data exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.

Data breach notification

If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

Data Retention

The Application itself does not retain personal information on remote servers. Local app records remain on your device for as long as you keep them or until you clear app data or uninstall the Application. Information voluntarily sent to the Service Provider outside the Application is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, or as required by law.

Data Deletion

You can remove locally stored Application data by using available in-app data controls, clearing the Application’s storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application. To request deletion of information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside the Application, email beth21anysuth88erland@gmail.com.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where required by law, consent will be requested before those changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested by email.

Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
